The Colorado Coalition for the Medically
Underserved believes that all Coloradans
can and should have access to quality
health care and prevention programs.
Your donation is critical to achieving
our vision and allows us to continue our
programs, advocacy and educational
efforts.
Your investment will provide you with
access to our electronic communications
including CCMU's newsletter, timely and
important research critical to our work,
and legislative updates.

Membership:
Individual - $100
Small Organization - $250
Mid-size Organization - $500
Large Organization - $1,000
Membership is valid until December 31 of
the year in which the membership dues
are
paid. Members may vote at the CCMU
annual meeting and will receive a mailed
copy of the Annual Report.

Donations:
We accept donations of all sizes! All
donations are fully tax-deductible and
will help us carry out our mission.
Donations made at membership level
amounts will be assumed to be membership
dues unless otherwise noted.
