We are celebrating fifteen years!

Fifteen years ago, at the birth of the Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved, a group of committed citizens set out to improve the health care system so that everyone could have the opportunity to live a healthy life. In 2000, a tour of the state was undertaken to find out what issues were facing Colorado communities and what our role could be in addressing them. As a part of our anniversary celebration, we plan to revisit a number of these communities and learn what progress has been made and where we need to re-dedicate our efforts.

We also want to take a moment to celebrate the great work that has been done and the passionate people whose dedication has made CCMU what it is today. We hosted an anniversary event on May 15–check out our photos from the party!
