Guidebook 2001: Guidebook of Colorado Community Programs for the Medically Underserved
- Features information on 38 programs that currently serve the medically underserved. It is hope that the Guidebook 2001 and Organizing Your Community will encourage the development of new programs. The Guidebook can also be used as a resource to find organizations that serve the medically underserved. 2001 Colorado Health Data Book
2001 Colorado Health Data Book - This is the only report in Colorado that compiles health data from state and national sources and is considered the definitive source for health data in Colorado. The Health Data Book provides data on the insurance status of Coloradans by age, income, work status and race/ethnicity; sources of insurance coverage; employer-based contributions and costs; personal and state health care expenditures; access to care; individual health status indicators; and health work force and hospital data.

Healthy Colorado Now: Coloradans' Preferences and Advice Around Health Insurance Coverage for All - This report provides information on the first phase of our new initiative Healthy Colorado Now: Quality Health Care for All. It details the findings from the town hall and organizational meetings that occurred during August 2000-January 2001.

Video: Fragile Assurances - Living Uninsured in Colorado
This video is an 11-minute documentary intended to educate viewers about the growing number of Colorado residents whose health is at risk because they are unable to afford health insurance for themselves and their families.
 
Prices and Affordability of Insurance for Colorado's Uninsured Population (2000)- This study seeks to answer two questions: 1) how much can low-income groups afford to pay for health insurance? and 2) how much will it cost to make health insurance accessible for Colorado's uninsured population? Five Approaches to Achieving Health Insurance Coverage for All Coloradans (2000)-Presents information on five general options identified by the Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved to ensure that all Coloradans have health insurance coverage. The Coalition developed the options to help it determine how best to pursue its goal of achieving health insurance coverage for all Coloradans through a variety of public and private mechanisms by 2007. 1999 Community Discussion Group Summary Report Report summarizing findings from a series of community meetings on access to health care and health insurance coverage in four Colorado communities (Adams, Delta, Pueblo and Routt counties) in August and September 1999.
Guidebook 1999: Guidebook of Colorado Community Programs for the Medically Underserved (1999)-Features information on 43 community programs that currently serve the medically underserved. It is hoped that the Guidebook 1999 and Organizing Your Community will encourage the development of new programs and, at the same time, be an asset in sustaining and expanding current programs.

Written as a supplement to the Guidebook 1999, this document offers information and practical advice on creating community programs for the medically underserved.
A Plan for Colorado: Meeting the Needs of Colorado's Medically Underserved (1998)-This publication lays out the mission, values, goals and plans of the CCMU.
